Meet The Team

Marc Fortier
Owner/Landscape Designer

Marc brings over twenty years of experience in all phases of landscape construction, maintenance and snow removal to Dube’s Landscaping. Hired in 1990, he started on the lawn maintenance crew. Through hard work, dedication and continued education, Marc quickly moved up within the company to become the lead estimator. Marc was instrumental in developing the landscape design and installation division.

In 2013 Marc took over as the owner of Dube’s Landscaping, continuing the legacy that Steve Dube started so many years ago. Today, his passion for creating unique landscapes has elevated Dube’s Landscaping to become one of the premier landscape contractors in southern New Hampshire.

Marc lives in Litchfield with his wife Lori and his two children, Meagan and Matthew. When he is not working, Marc enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering as a coach for his children’s sports teams.

Daniel DiPaolo
General Manager

After graduating Beverly High School in 1994, Daniel took a landscaping job just so he could get in shape and work on his tan. However, the satisfaction of transforming ordinary space into an extraordinary space has kept him in the industry to this day.

As General Manager, Daniel assists in coordinating the day-to-day operations at Dube’s Landscaping. He is instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of the hardscaping operations – and sometimes he even gets to work on his tan!

He makes the most of his time off from work (which isn’t often) with outdoor activities like camping, horseshoes and cornhole, or going to the park to play catch with his daughter. Enjoys giving his kids a run for their money at the bowling alley and grilling just about anything on weekends. His greatest satisfaction – outside of work – is seeing his daughters graduate high school and college.

Rob Hill
Landscape and Fence Installation Foreman

Landscaping was not an obvious career path for Rob. His family owned a restaurant in Salem New Hampshire and his grandfather managed several Pentucket banks. At a young age, Rob and his brothers would do the landscaping at the bank properties. He remembers his grandfather being proud of how hard he worked, and that was enough to convince Rob to embark on a career in landscaping. He joined up with Dube’s Landscaping way back in 2004.

Today, Rob’s primary role at Dube’s is overseeing the fence installation crew. However, his wide range of skills and experience often put him on landscaping, hardscaping, and maintenance crews as needed. Rob’s guiding philosophy is that learning as much as you can makes you a more valuable employee. We can say this is very true in Rob’s case – he is a great asset to the company!

In his time off, Rob enjoys taking rides on his Harley Davidson and spending time at the beach with his wife, two daughters and son.

Ryan Kimmins
Irrigation Tech

For as long as he can remember, Ryan has spent a lot of time getting his hands dirty in his grandfather’s yard in Bedford Massachusetts. Whether trimming or planting shrubs, dividing perennials, or planting vegetables, Ryan’s grandfather was instrumental in creating a passion in him for landscaping.

As an Irrigation Tech, Ryan is responsible for installing lawn sprinkler systems, drip irrigation and irrigation repairs to existing systems. His background with plants is especially helpful when installing drip irrigation into planting beds. Ryan still enjoys growing his own vegetables every summer and spending time with his family and close friends. His irrigation skills come in handy with his other hobby as an aquarium enthusiast – having three and his home and preparing to set up three more – the biggest ones he’s done yet.
