Some examples of elements in a backyard pool design

There are many components that go into backyard pool designs. However, before discussing the various landscape elements, we always have a conversation with the client about budget. Our landscape designer can provide a range of costs for elements like pool deck pavers, fencing, sitting walls and fire pits, trees and shrubs, landscape lighting and sound, and other landscape features. This helps to prioritize what should be included in the landscape plan.

Once a budget is decided upon, a detailed landscape plan can be drawn up along with a 3-D visual rendering of what the finished product will look like.

Do you install swimming pools?

At Dube’s Landscaping, we can suggest a pool shape and even customize it to better integrate it into the landscape and then coordinate the swimming pool installation with our preferred pool contractor. In a pool installation project, the landscape contractor is the first one in and the last one out, so it makes sense to have a landscaper be the general contractor when you are installing a swimming pool.

Dube’s Landscaping has the capability of providing a streamlined, design-to-finish project management services for your swimming pool installation. This provides the best communication, cost control, and ultimately the best results in the finished product.

How long does it take to install an inground swimming pool?

The actual on-location time to install an inground swimming pool can be anywhere from 4-6 weeks, depending on the different options. The time it takes from proposal can vary greatly based on the work schedule of the contractors. The best thing to do is to have a backyard pool design drawn up ahead of time with a proposal. It can even be done over the winter!
